Identify brand-fit partners. Map the creator's audience to lookalikes the brand wants to reach. Maintain a private list of every program we have hit, replied, lost, or won.
Outreach
Apply to creator programs, platform inboxes, and direct brand inboxes. The house pitches; the creator does not have to draft. Email sends through hello@laerio.com so the brand replies to a house, not a personal address.
Negotiation
Rate, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, payment terms. The house knows what the room pays and what the deal should be worth; the creator gets the version they would have negotiated if they had time.
Contracts
Draft or review every contract before it is signed. Flag IP transfers, perpetual usage, non-competes the brand sneaked in. Plain-English summary so the creator knows what they are agreeing to.
Payment
Invoice on the creator's behalf when the deliverable lands. Chase late payments. Track 30 / 60 / 90 days. Most brands pay; the ones that do not get reminded until they do.
