This is the privacy notice for laerio.com, the marketing site of LAERIO INC., an Ontario corporation operating in Toronto. The house collects very little, sells nothing, and keeps no profile of you. What follows is the long version of that promise.

What the house collects

When you visit laerio.com, the site uses Vercel Analytics to count visitors. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. It does not store IP addresses. It does not follow you across other websites. The data is aggregate: how many people visited, where they came from, which page they looked at. The house cannot identify you from this data.

When you submit the contact form, you give the desk your name, your email, your message, and any other fields you fill in. The desk uses that to reply to you.

That submission also carries a short note about how you arrived: the page you first landed on, the domain of the site that linked you if there was one, any campaign tag in the link, and how many times you have visited. Your browser works this out and keeps it on your own device; nothing is written down until you press send. The form also asks you outright where you heard about the house, because your answer is better than our guess, and because a question asked in the open is fairer than a trail followed in the dark.

When you write directly to hello@laerio.com, the desk has your email address and whatever you wrote. The desk uses that to reply.

What the house does not collect

• Your IP address. Analytics aggregates it, and a form submission records only a one-way hash of it, used to rate-limit abuse. The address itself is never stored and the desk never sees it.
• Tracking cookies. The site sets none.
• Browser fingerprints.
• Cross-site tracking.
• Your location beyond country.
• Your behaviour on other websites.

What the house does not do

• Sell your data to anyone. Ever.
• Share your email with a third party for marketing.
• Build a profile of you that includes anyone else’s data.
• Use AI to predict your behaviour.
• Use your messages to train language models.

Email from the house

Every commercial email the house sends carries a working unsubscribe link, as Canadian anti-spam law requires. You can also go straight to laerio.com/unsubscribe and take your address off from there. One press, no reason needed, nothing to confirm afterwards.

When you unsubscribe, the house keeps your address on a suppression list. That is the one record kept about you on purpose, and it exists for a single reason: an address the house cannot see is an address the house cannot avoid writing to. It is never used to contact you, and it is never shared.

How long the house keeps it

Form submissions and emails: until you ask the desk to delete them.

Suppression list: kept, because deleting it would undo your own request.

Vercel Analytics: aggregated, never associated with you, kept indefinitely for reference.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA in Canada, and GDPR if you are in the European Union, you have the right to ask what data the house holds about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. Write to the desk at hello@laerio.com and the desk will action your request within thirty days.

Third parties the site touches

• Vercel Analytics. Privacy-first, cookieless.
• Vercel. The site is hosted here. Vercel may log basic request data for security and abuse prevention.
• Email. Replies travel through Google Workspace. Standard email retention applies.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. On the contact form. Replaces CAPTCHA without tracking.

That is the full list. No analytics suites, no advertising networks, no marketing pixels.

Children

The site is not directed at children under the age of thirteen. The house does not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe this has happened, write to the desk and the record will be removed.

Changes to this notice

If the house updates this notice, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will also be mentioned in the journal. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Who is accountable

This is a Canadian corporation. The house follows Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and Ontario provincial law. For European visitors, the house treats GDPR as the floor, not the ceiling.
